Never buy anything at P C Richard & Son. Their extended warranty is worth nothing

I purchased a Bosch fuel dryer from P-C Rich & Boy, by having an extra 5 years guarantee. The dryer broke after being being used for 2 weeks. I'd a specialist from Bosch, and from P-C Rich & Boy come and analyze the dryer. They claimed it's not reparable. I approached P-C Rich & Boy, and requested for whether complete reimbursement, or trade. The shop provided me a partial reimbursement, just for $350 (I settled an overall total of $801). Computer Richard allows me-only to re-pick a dryer at their shop. I've been about the telephone with P-C Rich & Child central-office (631-843-4300), for six business days (from December 19 through December 29). They've the toughest customer support actually. Easily approved their partial reimbursement, I'd drop $451. They don't wish to trade the fuel dryer both. Never purchase something at P-C Rich & Child. Their warranty may be worth nothing.
