I placed an order with this company for printer ink and did not receive it although my credit card was charged immediately. I have emailed three times and called only to get an answering service. This company has multiple complaints with the BBB and other websites. Why it is still allowed to be in business, I don't know! DO NOT order from this company! I am on a mission to get it shut down so they don't continue to STEAL people's money!
