Inkredible Inkz is incredibly bad - Ink for Epson Stylus NX420 printer/scanne

I ordered ink from them with high anticipation; especially considering their prices were great. Unfortunately, after two weeks and only one response from the company that they would provide the shipping and tracking information to me, I have not received any information or product! I don't mind if it takes a while to ship, it's worth the savings; but, I do mind that they don't follow up with shipping and tracking information as they said they would. Horrible customer service!
