Ordered an ink cartridge on 12/7, and paid with a credit card online. Since then, 3 sent 3 emails to customer service on their site, and left 3 voice mails for customer service (they are NEVER there), and yet to see ink or get 1 reply. This company is a scam all the way. Do not order ink here.
