Robbed us of $11,000

We purchased a professional printer/copier for a small business for $11,000, and paid with a money order. Since this was an over-seas shipment, they promised to ship the printer to Florida and then send it by sea to the final destination. We requested a tracking code and shipment proof, which they did not provide, and said that they would send us one as soon as they shipped the printer. A month went by and they still did not provide shipment information or a date when the product would be shipped out.

After over a month of absolutely no information, and money paid, we demanded to talk to the owners of the company. The response was that he was not available and they did not know when he would be available. After daily calls and frustrating conversations, we demanded our money back, but they refused to give us that money back. Their response is still, we will let you know when we will ship the printer out, but we do not know when that will be. It has been over three months now, with no information about the printer, and no refund. They simply avoid our calls, even though their website guarantees a refund if you are not satisfied in 30 days.
