I purchased one shade (black) of printer for my printer since that's all that i required at that time, nicely the printer arrived in on time however it did not use my printer and so I sent them let them know I'd just like a reimbursement and just how do i start obtaining one. I did so obtain a react to my mail however they needed me to set up all of the printer shades in my own printer therefore it works after I just purchased one-color. I purchased 3 greens and my printer requires 6 colors. I told them that i just purchased one-color and maynot do this which I needed a reimbursement I never got another reacts to anymore of my emails. I also known as and was on-hold for and time I quit plus they never responded the telephone. They claim they assure there items but I never got any info from their store and that I still have not gotten any data. I'm not likely to purchase more printer when the one doesn't function. It was my very first time going right through Press Printer and that I WOn't again utilize them again. They do not worry about clients simply our cash. I requested in March and sent about 5 different emails.
