One of the biggest scams on the

MagicJack carefully prevents anyone from finding a support phone number, e-mail address, or physical address, and no wonder! They hide behind a "live chat" which is less than useless.

Since purchasing the magicJack, I have not gotten any useful service from the company, and now they have charged me for a second year. When I bought, the chat line folks told me that numbers here in NH would be "available soon" and now a year later they can only tell me "there are no numbers in NH", which I already knew.

It is apparently impossible to cancel service, get a refund for faulty service, get accurate answers to questions, or even reach a human being.

Run, do not walk, away from this outrageous scam. If you thought the normal phone companies were bad, you haven't seen anything yet. There are much more reliable and honest internet phone alternatives out there.
