Refrigerator Compressor Repair Failed, Without Refrigerator for Weeks

I purchased a washer/dryer and a refrigerator from Conns, and both dryer and fridge went out within 2 years. They came out to repair the refrigerator, and it still didn't work. I was told that I needed a compressor for a 2year old refrigerator. Needless to say, they order that part which took about 2 weeks to come in. When they decided to come out to put the part on it still didn't work. When I called customer service they put me on hold for 10 minutes, and still didn't have an explanation for me. I will never purchase anything from Conns again, I wouldn't even recommend them to my worse enemy. I've been out of a refrigerator for about 3 1/2 weeks now, and still waiting. This is the worse customer service ever.
