I purchased a washer/dryer and a refrigerator from conns, and both dryer and fridge went out within 2 years. They came out to repair the refrigerator, and it still didnt work. I was told that I needed a compressor for a 2year old refrigerator. Needless to say, they order that part which took about 2 weeks to come in. When they decided to come out to put the part on it still didnt work. When I called customer service they put me on hold for 10 minutes, and still didnt have an explanation for me. I will never purchase anything from conns again, I wouldn't even recommend them to my worse enemy. I've been out of a refrigerator for about 3 1/2 weeks now, and still waiting. This is the worse customer service ever.
