They took my money, sent me a broken unit and did not refund my account

I purchased an Android on line. Received it and it was broken. I emailed the company and received a RMA to return the item. I returned the item by us mail and i have never receiced credit. I called the phone number and it just hangs up on me...

I will never buy over the internet again.
