Voodoo Controllers was used for a Video game Console (Xbox 360) controller. After purchasing a product from their website. I was then emailed a conformation of purchase. I then waited will over a week to receive and conformation on product status or shipping conformation. Their website claims that it will have your product shipped withing two days. Along with my purchase I opted for overnight delivery expecting to receive my product within the most 5 days. After waiting a week I tried to contact Voodoo through emails and by phone. Emails were never answered and the phone service was never answered. I was finally able to talk with someone on the website customer service chat. Jarron McCubbin was the person that I spoke with several times and each time he promised that my product would be shipped out the next day. I did not receive it until over 2 weeks after purchasing it. When the product did arrive I tried to use it by following the instructions located on the website. My product would not work as expected and only limited use on my video game console. I then tried to call and email Voodoo to no avail. I have not been replied back and it has been well over a week of trying to contact. I located Voodoo Controller on Facebook and have seen a large spat of negative post placed by several other customers that have waited well over a month for their $300 - product. I have also placed negative reviews on their facebook page only to have them deleted along with all of the other negative reviews against them. Today I called for the last time and a young lady who worked for PopLabs answered and claimed that she would make sure my message was marked urgent and I would get called back. I highly doubt it.
