Anthony Vanhorn he added thing to my mini laptop and when he did he took some things off. He cont. Wanted money for things

I took my mini computer to "the computer man" to up grade it. When he did he took off numerous things that I had on there and that I wanted to keep.
I called him to tell him, he said to bring it back and he would add them. Then he wanted to charge more money for things that were not needed. The computer I had was brand new. After he worked on it it crashed and could not be repaired. He is the type to nickel and dime you to death.
I have had a couple of friends who took their computer to him and he screwed theirs up too. They also had to go back to him to add things he took of their computer. And proceeded to nickel and dime them to death.
In fact he was suppose to send a check to one of the people I sent to him. He stated several times how the check was in the mail... I called him and he said nothing at first then said she can come by and get cash. Which tells me, he did not send the check.
