Unpaid rebate

I have sent 5 emails for status inquiry and have made at least 10 phone calls. Have only been able to leave detailed messages when making phone calls. None of my emails or phone messages have been responded to.

Please, I warn everyone, look at the rebate form before making your purchase and avoid this company if you are serious about receiving your rebate. I will make this information available to as many sites as I can find and will be filing complaints with Fry's, BBB, and the district attorney's office.
