Stole our money

We bought a new printer. We took it home after paying a fee for a two year warranty. It did not work. We went back. The rude ladies who barely spoke English refused to consider even looking at the item, looking at the receipt etc. They even threatened us and asked us to leave. They said we had to ship it to the manufacturer at our own expense. Enough is enough. This company needs to be destroyed, put out of business at least in the USA. We know about their overseas operations in Mexico and China. Now they figure they can do the same thing here. Get some balls and close this company.

We need to take back America now. The Europeans are doing it. That is why business is so bad, no responsibly or decency by people raised in third world huts trying to do customer service. Yes we have traveled all over the world this is not an exaggeration. With no education or sense of right or wrong this is what you get. Robber in blue coats.
