Buyer be aware

Eceived my cell phone and cover plate on 7/26 and took the phone to the carrier to help me set it up and the phone had to have software updated and once that was done the phone locked up that same day. I contacted the Phonesale and explained what happened and said they would send me the return instructions and I would receive a full refund and the process would take up to 7 business days once they receive the phone.

I received the instructions and returned the phone by UPS that same day and it was delivered and signed on 7/31. As of today, I have not received my refund. They keep telling me the phone has not been logged in and to send them my tracking information which I have done twice. I feel like the company has ripped me off. Since they kept giving me the same excuses, I decided to dispute the charges on my credit card. As you can see they are quick to take your money and doesn't stand by their word when there's problem with their products. I would strongly advise not to use this company.
