I recently purchased a Metro PCS cell phone but due to very poor reception I returned it in less than 1 week. Original packing, followed all instructions. Wrote a note explaining that my bank card was no longer valid (updated new bank card that same week) and to please send me a check with the refund. My husband has made multiple attempts to find out the status of the refund of almost $135 dollars. There is 1 customer service representative who has been helpful but today we received an email stating that customer service should ignore my husband's calls because he doesn't like the answer he's getting!!! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and plan to continue in my quest to get my money back. This has been one of the worse experiences that I've had in dealing with any sort of customer service, especially when they acknowledge they received the package and my instructions for the refund. All I want is my money refunded by Metro PCS.
