Billed After Service Closed With Zero Balance and Collections Threat

This company is trying to still charge me for service even though I have no service with them any more when I left I had a $0.00 balance on my account when it was ended and they just now sent me another bill and when I talked to customer service they claimed I had to pay and told me if I didn't pay the bill they would take me to collections. So that's where I'm stuck I wouldn't recommend Walmart Family Mobile to anyone all they are is liars and frauds they have already scammed me and I think that by threatening to take me to collections they have blackmailed me
