All S Electronics Adding onto Internet order and up selling

Be careful placing an internet order with these people and then getting an email to contact them about the credit card missing a piece of data. It is a ruse to get you on the phone to upsell you on items already included in what was advertised. I have already received a refund from my credit card company based on information I provided to support this and an investigation is underway by the NY State Attorney General's office so the purpose of this is for just for others to be aware. After the first upgrade charge added without my approval, I placed a second order just to be certain this was not an accident and the exact same thing happened. They tried to sell me additional items that were already part of the manufacturers package included in the price. I verified this directly with Olympus. The answer given to me from the company was that what I bought was for a foreign version and not the US version. While Olympus says that could be true and the packaging different, what is included is the same as is the US warranty. So I placed a third order under a different identity and, low and behold, another email to contact them about missing credit card information. When I called I said to order me the foreign version at the advertised price and I will wait whatever time it takes. After trying to bully me into not doing this, I then accused them of this being a scam and that I was going to report them. One of the same people I recognized from previous calls taunted me to go give that a try since their was nothing anyone could do to them. Arrogant beyond words. Needless to say the third order was never completed since it was a scam never to deliver what was advertised. Because I am so precise in my notes and records of each order and calls and the fact that I repeated the process more than once, I am 100% convinced this is the way they do business.
