I ordered an Alesis Multimix 8 usb 2.0 ($300.00) and they sent me the old and discontinued Alesis Multimix 8. When I returned it they didnt refund my money after 37 days! I lost 300 dollars! They dont have phone and the email service takes days to respond. Horrible, horrible service. I will do anything I can so that people dont get scamed like me.
