Virgin USA, Virgin ripoff, stole money, refused refund, phone didn't work, no service, rude people

Virgin Mobile sold me a phone, telling me that service was guaranteed in my area or they would refund my money. When the phone arrived I found there to be no signal. I called Virgin Mobile and they told me to walk around outside until I got a signal and then it would "purge" and I would receive a signal anywhere in my area. This did not work, I drove a 10 mile radius around my town and never received a signal. I sent the phone back and when I called virgin to report this they told me to give them my debit card number so they could refund my money. The following day I checked my checking account and instead of refunding 159.99 I was charged 159.99. I called virgin right away and they told me that they did not charge my card and that the person I gave my credit card information to was not a Virgin employee. I called my bank and was told and have proof that Virgin Mobile did charge my account. Virgin mobile now owes me $319.98 for my refund for the phone that was sent back to them and the 159.99 they stole from my checking account. I filed charges against Virgin Mobile with the police in Yavapai county with Sgt. C.J. Myhre case # 04-043090 Phone 928-771-3260 and also had to report my card # stolen to my bank. I also filed charges with the FCC complaint # 9553271

I hope you can please help stop these people from committing fraud against other people, the person at Virgin Mobile who took my credit card number is Joel, employee # JRINDERKNECT the refund activity report that he gave me was 1-37bwnrg. The other people at Virgin Mobile who told me that they did not charge my account and now refuse to replace the stolen money or give me a refund on my phone are, Carmen, Jacob and Robin, when I asked all three for there employee ID's all three told me they don't have employee ID's. These people also claim to all be supervisors for Virgin Mobile.
