Charging me for internet usage and I did not use the internet

I am being charged for internet usage that I did not use. I have requested a refund but no. They were extremely rude, would not let me talk to a supervisor. I will not pay for this.
I am slamming them all over the internet and as soon as I can I will be looking for another cellular provider.
I will not pay for something I did not use. The company is slamming and cramming people.
