My wife and i got 2 lines in Sun Cellular. The first line we didn't not know that using a smartphone will automatically connects to their network after your wi-fi connection fails. So they billed us at around Php 1,800.00 for internet/gprs charges without knowing it. So we filed a complaint and it took for almost a month but they still did not reverse the billing but still charging us because the service is valid based in their investigation. So to end this nightmare we paid it and requested to turn-off our GPRS for 2 phone lines we have.

Then this month of May, we received again a bill for internet/GPRS charges. We call their customer service and said to them how come we got internet charges? We already requested to turned it off. They replied that we sent an activation text that is why they charge us. It's very unfair for us to take their reason. We told the customer service that we did not sent any activation request and also we did not received any confirmation for activation. And still they don't accept it and they cut the line. Their system is very terrible, i read a lot complaints in the net and still they just ignore it.

I am hoping that this website will help all the people specially me suffering from Sun Cellular unfair system.
