Bad Products

I bought a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 camera 1/26/10.in August the camera pictures started turning out blue after speaking with technical support I was told that the sensor was bad and it would cost about $60 less than I originally paid for the camera to repair and they would not make any sort of exception to the 1 year warranty. I have other Panasonic products however due to the lack of customer service will not purchase any in the future.
