Ripoff recieved electronic parts but no plans-suppose to email days ago

I have called several times to get my plans. I spoke one time to Ron Rhodes and was told that it takes about 7 hours to go through email. This is the 3rd day now. Why the plans didnt come with the parts is weird enough. I dont expect to ever recieve the plans. Just a run around.
