Slammed Into Service and Padded Billing Statements Old Cell Number Not Transfered

In December '03 recieved a plan from AT$T for digital wireless. It would include a second phone for my wife with shared minutes and my phone would have my old number portaled over to ATT. The plan was for $49.95. I called ATT for hours on hold around Christmas to get the phones activated and the numbers right. I litterly spend days on the phone. At one point they asked if I would call back after Christmas and New Years because they were just "too short staffed" to handle my needs.

In the meantime I was being billed by Sprint for the other phone and was told by them it was because ATT had not "picked up" the number portal and they could not cancel my Sprint phone. I called them again for days "on hold" and at one point finally got them portal my number over to ATT from Sprint.

Sprint agreed to credit my account a month for the transfer and Att agreed to deduct 100.00 in phone charges for a phone that was not portaled until March 04.in April I was charged 50 for changing my phone number by ATT. I was always charged 49.99 for the other phone my wife used (100 a month on a shared plan) and opon finally contacting ATT about this again for literal days on hold, they claimed a supervisor had denied the 100.00 billing credit. ATT has not honored sales agreement with me and now holds a 688.00 charge on my account with intrest with threats of credit action.

I pulled the batterys out of the phones in April and asked for a return address with RFP information. I have documented the entire relationship and would be most happy to enter into a class action suit. I wouldnt let these people lick my dogs gonad, to say they suck is an understatement. But I dont want to seem negitive.
