Mislead

Hello Im am a long time shopper of both trade center I have spent thousands over the years about 15 plus.
But for the first time I have been Mislead by a merchant Mr. Ali Owner of Royal Sound N security. I in formed Him as I needed specific equipment with certain specs so I would not void my warranty he a sured me that is what I was getting.
I trusted his business and his stated expert judgment I informed him there was slight damage to my Item cosmetic witch I was willing to over look.

But heres the Problem the item was not to the specs as he stated or I needed and did not fit as he stated I gave Mr. Ali $212.00 of my hard earn money with trust that he would give me what I paid for he did not as he clearly lied to me to gain my purchase. I never used or alter them item in any way I returned the next business day I asked him for the right item he stated he did not have the right item. Then He (Mr Ali) Replied I could alter it with wood, screws, spacers, glue and make it fit to the finished item Via "Custom Speaker box". I asked him to order or build a custom one. He stated the item would cost a extra $100 plus and up to 30days to get. I did not agree with this arrangement and asked for a refund I was told at this time only! This was a as/is sale witch was not sign on my recipe or posted in the store anywhere as I asked him to show me a as/is Sign.

Witness: Scott Wallace manager was called and agreed with his finding that I was misled in my purchase. But the issue was not resolved as I had to purchase two more form Sound Kraft Audio another vender who stated to Me Phillip Clark and Mr. Wallace Manager every car audio guy knows that those speaker do not fit that kind of a box And I have two item I can't do anything with even sale them to another person and get what or close to what I paid as He over charged me witch I was all so willing to deal with as long as it was what I needed.
