Ripoff Assurances that merchandise was available were not true

BEWARE: Our credit card was charged immediately but two months later, after assurances that the merchandise was available, unanswered emails and phone messages, delays and excuses, I was told the item ordered was not available.

We are still waiting for promised FAX confirmation that charges on our credit card were reversed. I'll call downtown audio again on Monday to request the FAX.
