I bought the extended repair agreement from them thinking I would get good service. Wrong!

I purchased my Fisher Paykel washer from their store a couple of years ago. I purchased the prolonged fix contract from their store thinking I'd get great support.incorrect! Numerous occasions, this device has required fix and never once have they actually come and had the opportunity to repair it. They usually come and inform me they've to-order a component after which as it pertains in, call me to plan another company phone. About the average, I'm fourteen days with no washer! And each time the service-man blames me and informs me I'm overloading the equipment. *! Issues need replacing. P-C Rich & Boy support hurts.
