Three Washers Defective, One With Dead Lizard Inside

I am very mad at conns they sold us a used washer or been repaired and repacked it and sold like knew to us the first came with the mortar really getting really hot even a low cycled the second one with a dead lizard inside with water on the washer the third one leaking water from the bottom part what I have discovered is that brand of the washer just was listed in a white paper where they just made look like new something is going wrong with this company I will never again buy nothing and I don't recommend anyone or check around if Sears Best Buy sells washers with water inside and with animals inside also thank you
