We purchased a new washer and dryer from conn's and upon arrival it was dented and we refused it so they brought us a new one the next day. Then the tech that installed the replacement over tightened the water valve and broke it. We had to have a plumber come out and fix it. After have the washer for about 15 days the spin cycle is malfunctioning. Called LG ELectronics on a Sunday to be told it would be 4 days before they could do anything. So out of frustration I called Conns store where we purchased and spoke to Gary the Mgr. He told me it would be taken care of. The story get worse from this point. At NO time did we EVER get a call back from Gary or ANYONE else at Conns. We were run around all over the place and given names and #'s but NO ONE EVER returned a SINGLE message. Now a week later and probably at least 20 phones calls later we still have NOTHING RESOLVED. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER buy another thing from that store again. They are a complete and total joke. Hope they go out of business soon.
