Default washer - washing machine

Good afternoon i bought a washer on 02/24/09 in which after using a couple of days i notice that the washer would never let the correct amount of water during washing, sometimes it would wash stop and let water continue to wash stop and let water, so i called conn's in spring cypress to let them know that there was something wrong with the washer, they questioned me as asked why did i wait so long to report, never mind that i bought the washer on 02/22/09, never mind that when i put down $1500 there wasn't a complain but now that i complain, i can't get no help, so finally i called service had to wait a dditonal 2 weeks for him to come out a nd say that the washer had a part missing states it came fromthe manufacturer this way and still i called conn's back and they wouldn't replace for a new one even after going on the webb and finding that in conn's contract states if within the month and it is a manufacturer issue will replace, well that's a lie, and still told by the service man would take 3 days to get the part back and that it's ok to use the washer just be careful, well i was recently displaced by IKE, had to have my house totally re-did, to have someone to tell me to just be careful, when it's Conn's problem because the sold me a defected appliance and will not stand behind their goods, they also sold me a water cooler/refrigerator, in which also had a defect, the refregerator was broke gave me the go rounds, until they finally told me to call the service center and upon calling them was told by them that i should be able to take back and get a new one, called them back to find out that the water cooler was discontinued, bad business, i am totally not pleased and disatisfied, if the water mess up my floor by the washer over flowing i am going to get me a lawyer, i never want to do business with Conn's again, they donot stand behind theie products, i can't wait to pay off and be done.
