Haier Portable Air Do not buy! Beware!

We purchased a Haier portable air conditioner. From the beginning, it would only cool the room down to 81. We thought this was normal given the Texas heat. Well, Walmart 30 day warranty is up and that's it. No help at all. Contacted Haier repeatedly now, as Walmart's warranty on a 400.00 item is only 30 days!!! Beware!!! Do not buy from them. You are out of luck. Well, many attempts with Haier later, their own supervisor lying to us, sending phony companies to come repair our ac, nothing. Meanwhile my daughter is sitting in almost 90 degree temps. This ia frustrating. So I am out 400.00. No help at all. Thanks walmart!
