Order Cancelled, claimed address couldnt be verified - 4 GB Xbox Kinect

My order was cancelled because they claimed my address could be verified. Now when I call the customer service line I verified the address for the rep which is corect. She advise I would have to redo the order and another authorization would be held on my account. Ah NO! So now my kid probably wont get their 4GB Xbox Kinect in time for christmas at the reasonalbe price it was thanks to you guys.
