Pathetic customer service

I've been a person of AT&T before it had been AT&T and was Cellular One. Today I visited the AT&T shop in Washington Square in Tigard, Oregon. There have been several clients there at that time, the majority of whom were simply searching. There have been just 2 workers. We were positioned on a waiting list and extended to hold back while among the salespersons assisting a few which were buying 2 smartphones. It required that salesman more than one-hour to function the "offer". Although we waited, more than 25 units, another client was positioned on the checklist in front of us. We quit without investing in a new I-Phone and certainly will not go back to that shop for business. Verizon is seeking very good at the moment. Perhaps they'll be pleased with a brand new and faithful client!
