I had been recently scammed With A&E Factory Support. They sent an inexperienced support specialist that didnt actually provide a torch to identify a washer problem. The specialist quit a laundry-list of items which may be incorrect without checking the applying totalling $700 on the 6-year old $600 machine. The specialist stated that they might not necessarily tell what was incorrect since it was dim within the machine& suppose... After I'd time for you to examine the washer, I fixed it having a washer. After 6 calls and about 3 hours of period wishing That The&E might do the "right point" and reimbursement the oh-so unique analytical charge of $75, they declined. It had been their "Plan".
