I have tried to reach them via phone, but no luck

I'd requested the Accuracy dish, 2 for 1 offer. After I obtained one dish and attempted it discovered it'd not focus on my stainless cookware. I called instantly, the girl was really congenial, designated an RMA number and ended the two for 1 purchase.

Our bank statement confirmed a withdrawal of $33.00 by Nuwave following the stated they'd terminated.

What gives? Is that this a fraud? I've attempted to achieve them via telephone, but no chance.
