Ordered an Ipad and sent funds through western union. Ada the chatperson told me the package would ship Saturday and that i would receiveconfirmation. Shipment confirmation never came. I contacted Ada on chatSunday and was told it was being shipped that day and that I wouldreceive a confirmation soon. Monday morning i received the followingemail:

Dear friend:
We have shipped your items out yesterday. Your items are damaged and we need change a new one for you in order toavoid to return when you receive it. You know that accident is beyond ofour control. It will spend us 7 days to make the manufacturer to dealwith the return. Today we have returned the items to manufacturers, theyare dealing with the problem now. I think we can get a new one nextweek and arrange shipping for you next week. We will save time to updateyour items. We hope it will not effect our cooperation for long time.
