Abandonement

In the owner Mike Sines completed a three floor AV system install while our home was undergoing renovation. The project included two complete surround sound systems with extensive wiring and hardware install with customized remote controls that require special equipment to program which no home owner would be expected to own. We have had multiple equipment failures for which Mike initailly responded to but unfortunately he has decided to respond to none of my recent emails or phone calls regarding the $800 receiver which failed last month. I have always attempted to avoid the Big Box stores as I believe they are frequently overpriced and often lack a personal touch. But they at least pick up the phone and stand behind the work they do. Mike Sines cannot be relied upon to maintain and warranty the projects he installs and thus has forfeited my recommendation and his reputation. It is imperative that contractors be available to remedy any conflicts or issues that arise out of the products THEY recommend. Mike Sines will not and thus I suggest you pursue other vendors who will.
