"Fixing" of custom fitness music cd to re-sell

John Sines is a music editing service for fitness professionals. He creates fitness cds to sell.
He currently has taken his competitors' cds and "fixed" them to what he feels is a better quality - artistically, to sell them through his service. He does not credit the original dj for doing this, but criticizes their work openly on his website and in his e-mail newsletters.
He has also done this with another instructor's custom cd created through his competitor.

My cd was one of them. I personally e-mailed him to complain, but he will not take the criticism, but instead has criticized my cd and me as an instructor (which he has no basis to do since he never has taken my classes). I would strongly recommend that fitness instructors not support his company or purchase any music from him.
