Bad / terrible business venture not worth it stay away

On March 7th, I purchased the Embroidery Machine Model is DLCD-1501 500 (500)*350 and did not receive the machine till May 29th. Upon receiving this (New) machine and identifing the outward condition of the machine noting several paint scratches, dents, screws missing, Manufactioning tag missing, power cord missing, Operating software, UBS flash drive missing, Operators Manual missing, 10 each pack of needles missing, cut away backing missing, 15 each full size thread cones missing, one box of bobbins missing, machine oil missing, grease missing, and most important was the Warrenty paperwork missing.
My husband called John and explained all these concerns and he hung up on my husband. Days later John stated he would come to my business and make things (RIGHT) when I am still waiting on that day. Since Day one (May 29th) this new machine has not sewed out one design and after I called John so many times for support and E-Mails. Each time I waited and waited then John finally returned my E-Mail only (Never would phone me) said ship back the Embroidery Machine at my costs. I have done this and John agreed by E-Mail return the machine and refund my money.
Well now John is again putting up the red flag again with more stalls and let me warn everyone one thing. If you are either starting out new or expanding to your current business you better be very damm carefull with this company / person. I have all the E-mails asking, begging and pleading for John to just get this new Embroidery machine to work for what I paid for. Now I have sent this machine back as per John said in E-Mail and want my full refund ($8,995.00) so I can get my business finally going. Everyone out there be damm carefull because I am not a happy customer of John misdealings / lies / never return your calls.
