We were very excited about a front loader lg, one year and 2 months later the washer is broken, it won't turn. We waited to see if lg would extend the warranty, they have refused. I have used the right detergent and never used anything heavy in it. I have heard from our repair people that lg appliances do not have a good rep. Now I have to wait 4 more days to get our appliance people here. I will never buy a lg appliance again.
