Sears should do a better job at getting their warranty customers appliances repaired quicker. I always have to wait 10 days to two weeks to get repair. That is not good customer service when you pay for the warranty and then are without a major appliance for weeks. I have replaced some of my appliances from Sears with appliances from Lowes and I get service within two days. They actually contract with a local repair service that I can call and have my appliance repaired. Sears needs to take lessons from Lowes when it comes to customer service.
