Worst Customer Relationships Ever, Dont Use This Company

Never, have I worked with a company with worst customer service. During my 6-month stint with them, I experienced hundreds of dropped calls, internet and phone systems. We would call in a repair ticket, call back, and the company acted as if they never heard of our problem. I was going to go out of business if I stayed with Fonality.

We spent thousands of dollars for the system and thousands of dollars in lost capability, distractions, switching parts and trying to bring in our contracted IT support to try to create a viable system. We bought into Fonality for its VOIP with its greater capabilities. We couldn't get or keep a phone call.

Stay away from this company you want a company.
