Chronopay.com Erroneous tracking numbers, phone numbers and emails

I order merchandise on 11APR from site http://www.power90xonsale.com and given a tracking number of RR794441516CN, stating it would be trackable in 72 hours. I replied to the email and call the 877 number, undeliverable email and number not working. I told the online representative that the tracking number give in my email was not working, then they produces a number out of the air, and it states processing package. The payment has cleared my back on the 12th and they can not give me a ship date. The online chat gave me a tracking number of RR80 2191 389C N which is not the number given to me originally. Now the chat that is supposed to be 24/7 is offline. I have reported this as a fraud with my bank. Do not buy from the site...
