RIPOFF FRAUDULENT BILLING totally ripped me off back in june i paid my bill they turned off my phone even though they had my money ILLINOIS

I paid my bill on a monday evenning at a currency exchange i know normally it takes 24hrs so i waited until that tuesday still not on so i called and spoke to a rep i explained that i paid my bill that monday i had the ref# they apologized and said that by that tuesday night my phone should be on still nothing that tuesday so i called again same thing they were sorry and that my wednesday, so i faxed them a copy of the receipt to prove that i paid the bill still nothing i called screaming and yelling and everytime you call there it sounds like you are talking to the same person who could barely speak english i asked what is the problem you have proof that i paid they again apologized and said maybe by the wednesday she will personally take over the receipt and hand it to the customer service dept

So i faxed then she said we did not receive a fax what number did you fax to then she gave me another number still nothing so finally i called western union this is now thursday phone still not on western stated that it was printed up on the same day and they show they rec'd there money to sum it all up my phone was finally turned on the following monday because western union called and explained that they rec'd there money the same day i went and entire week without service and they never apologized or gave me extra minutes nothing this company is a complete rip - off they need to go out of business because when you call you get the same person she just change her name and where are we calling!!! Thanks for listening this was a complete night mare
