You find his printer repair services on Google which is a MISTAKE because there are no references. He is initially pleasant on the phone and states he has to come to your home to evaluate the printer which he states is free of charge. He comes to the home and then wants to charge something ridiculous like $225 to repair a HP all in one Laserjet (HP sells a better 3 year service for $130). When you refuse, the wants to charge you a service call for coming. You remind him he states diagnostic evaluation was free of charge.

You talk him down which he agrees to and give him a deposit for $65 for parts. At that point he avoids your phone calls for a month while your printer is unusable. I can't imagine if I was a business that needed use everyday. When you are able to reach him because he answers the phone, he makes a repair appointment date but does not show up. This happens twice while you wait.

You find him already on this site, ripped off prior customers with a BBB rating of F. Sad... I guess my loss is only $65, but still very irritating. Never use this guy for printer repairs, he will rip you off. Do not invite him to your home for diagnosis. The most unprofessional bastard ever.
