Hp hp refuse to help setup printer and refuse to let me talk to supervizor internet

Called hp for help to set up printer
first one got me in the middle and he was hard to understand
and did not sound like he knew what to do loss call
then the second one said be a fee / fee to help chose
how to set up printer its there printer
and ask to speak with supervisor and he got rude and refuse and put me on hold
i will never buy hp again/
really pay to just ask how to set up there printe
