On today i was unable to make or receive calls and contacted straight talk. I was informed by the rep that my cellular number had been transferred to another phone. I explained to the rep that it was my first time calling and that I did not authorize a transfer. The staff wasnt helpful at all. They refused to let me speak with a operation manger or relay his name to me. Now I am forced to be without a phone for 2 wks
