After not receiving my camera that I ordered on July 20, I contacted the company. They ignored my first email. Had to call, they said they would get back to me. Had to call again, found out my order had been lost and they were air shipping it to me. No apology, nothing. The attitude was more of your camera is on the way so get over it.
No matter that they took my money two weeks ago but forgot to ship the camera. Now I have to contact my credit card to dispute the charges because they have stopped delivery on my package. There was no effort to right their wrong, no effort to locate my camera and keep me informed, no apology for the inconvience.
