I feel ripped off

I recently bought a mobile phone from Metro PCS. I dropped my telephone after which stuffed a Insurance state with Asurion. Asurion subsequently directed me a down-grade telephone. Asurion stated they couldn't buy this new telephone I'd. They might not update me but I'd need to except a down-grade telephone. They assured me easily bought the precise telephone they'd pay me my income. That never occurred. The reasons and nonsense started. First the files required should be sent from the corporate store only. Which was completed. Then after many weeks they stated they never received the fax. I'd two confermations where they'd received the fax. That didn't matter they said. After posting the files required again. I still never received my $400. I'm scammed.
