False promise to replace phone

Our childis mobile phone encounter was broken when she tucked about the snow. We visited the Run Shop (We've insurance through Run Asurion) talked using the Support Repetition he put the state, I paid $100, and he explained it'd are available in the email. Fourteen days passed plus they delivered us a reddish telephone (different red cellphone replacement). I sent Asurion they had delivered the incorrect shade. The broker stated he was sorry plus they might deliver the right one-out. Two more months passed and another red telephone arrived. I named Assurion and following a really, very frusttrating 45 minutes I had been informed they do not assure the right shade. I expected them to return my income. They stated they CAn't do this since they're not liable. Why did not the Run consultant and also the first Asurion customer support representatives tell me it had been not refundable? It had been just following a month of getting the incorrect shade telephones they stated it had been non refundable plus they weren't accountable to supply the exact same telephone. Why do I spend insurace and just why was the tale changed with time. These were the rudest people and organization I've actually handled. I've since terminated my mobile phone insurance. Easily need to spend excessive costs to obtain a telephone set or changed, I Will purchase a new one.
